	Training purpose:  Train to be a legal executive
Course	Courses leading to the ILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice. It is the first stage of the academic component of legal executive training.	Courses leading to the ILEX   Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law.
Typical student	Anyone wishing to qualify as a legal executive: career changers interested in entering the legal profession, law graduates, law clerks, senior legal secretaries, unqualified paralegals seeking to gain a recognised legal qualification.	Anyone who has already completed the ILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice.  The Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law is the second stage of the academic component of legal executive training, and is made up of four Level 6 diplomas.
Level of difficulty	‘A’ level equivalent.  Each unit is worth seven Level 3 credits on the National Credit Framework.	Graduate-level equivalent
